As a Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Approved Centre, Compass Jersey offers professional qualifications in HR, Management, Coaching & Mentoring and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. As well as open programmes, these can all be delivered in-house.
Training & Development
Compass Jersey offers a complete e-learning library that provides a cost effective and simple solution to CPD activities with interactive online lessons in over 100 topics delivered in bite-sized blocks that range from 30 minutes to 3 hours. In addition, in-house tutor-led training, delivered in-person or online can be tailored to each organisation's individual needs.
